Anastasija Sevastova will play her second Mallorca Open final after beating the reigning champion Caroline Garcia.
The Latvian beat Garcia with a 6-4, 6-2 win in an hour and 13 minutes and had a sweet revenge after her loss last year. Sevastova, 27, will play her fourth WTA final and first one in 2017.
Julia Goerges awaits. The German was unstoppable against American Cici Bellis (6-1, 6-1). Sevastova will not only play the singles final but also the doubles one with Jelena Jankovic, former World No. 1. The duo will face Martina Hingis and Yung-Jan Chan.
